Short version: play fair, do not ruin other people's evening, and understand what this project is.

Operator

MCS is operated by Secco invest s.r.o., a limited liability company incorporated in the Czech Republic, business number (IČO) 14180049, with its registered office at Klatovská třída 1460/83, Jižní Předměstí, 301 00 Plzeň, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Plzeň under file no. C 41765. Contact: [email protected].

What MCS is

MCS is a community-run multiplayer server for FiveM, a third-party modification framework for Grand Theft Auto V. It is free to play. It is not a product, it is not sold, and it carries no service guarantee. It can go offline for maintenance, for rewrites, or permanently.

Requirements

You need a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V and a FiveM installation. MCS does not distribute either. Access to the game server is subject to the Rockstar Games and Cfx.re terms of service in addition to these.

Conduct

Cheating, exploiting bugs, using unauthorised modifications, harassment, hate speech, doxxing, advertising other servers and impersonating staff all lead to removal from the server. The full rules page carries the detail. Enforcement is at the discretion of the staff team and bans are not negotiated in public channels.

The store

Purchases in the MCS store are made through the Tebex platform (Tebex Limited, registered in the United Kingdom), which is the contracting party to the purchase agreement with the customer and operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. MCS is neither the seller nor a processor of payment details.

Purchased items are cosmetic only and grant no in-game advantage. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, unless at checkout you expressly agreed to performance beginning immediately and to losing that right; the detail is in the Tebex terms. A ban for breaking the server rules is not grounds for a refund of items already consumed, but it does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Content and ownership

Vehicle models, liveries and other assets remain the property of their respective authors. Screenshots taken on the server may be used by the project for promotion. Grand Theft Auto V and all related marks belong to Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive. This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either company, nor by Cfx.re.

Discord and the MCS Bot

The MCS Discord server and the bot running on it are part of the project and are provided as they are. Roles, statistics, leaderboard positions, queue placement and Content Creator applications create no entitlement — the team may recalculate, change or remove them at any time. This does not affect your rights to items bought in the store, nor any of your statutory rights as a consumer.

Spamming the bot's commands, working around its limits or manipulating statistics is treated the same as breaking the game server rules. Discord's own Terms of Service also apply on the server, so you must be at least 13, or older where your country requires it. How the bot handles data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes

These terms can change as the server changes. The date above tells you when they last did.

Governing law

These terms, with the exception of purchases in the store (which are governed by the Tebex terms), are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over any dispute. For the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes you can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).

In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Czech version shall prevail.
